By using this website you agree to these terms. The content here is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Our services

Every engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or contract that sets out scope, timeline, deliverables and fees. Where those documents conflict with this page, they take priority.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed differently in writing, projects begin on receipt of the agreed advance and remaining payments follow the milestone schedule in the proposal.

Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on timely input. You agree to provide content, access, approvals and feedback within the agreed timeframes, and to hold the rights to any material you send us.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions and scope

Each project includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Support and warranty

We fix defects in our work free of charge for the support period stated in your proposal. That warranty does not cover changes made by third parties, hosting failures, or new feature requests.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for work completed up to that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
